Photos and video on the day
I cover it all on iPhone in 4K: you on stage or mid-conversation, the room, the details, the people, and the little behind-the-scenes moments in between.
A teaser within 24 hours
Up to 5 photos and 1 short clip land in your inbox within 24 hours, so you can post while everyone’s still talking about it.
Your photos
Up to 50 photos, depending on your package, hand-picked from the day. They’re sent unedited and straight from the camera, so you can use them as they are or add your own filter or style.
Your video clips
Up to 15 video clips, depending on your package, also hand-picked and sent unedited, ready for stories, posts, your website or anything else you need.
Edited reels
2, 3 or 4 ready-to-post reels, depending on your package, each with its own focus so they don’t all feel the same. One might be about you in action, another about the atmosphere, another about the little details. Your reels are the edited part, cut together, colour-matched and ready to post.
With or without music, your choice
Let me know when you book whether you’d like your reels with music or without. Without music, you can add a trending sound when you post. With music, I’ll choose a track that suits your brand, all licensed for business use, so it’s ready to go straight up.

And asking a friend to “grab a few pics” usually means two blurry photos and a video taken from the back of the room. I’m there specifically to capture you doing what you do best, so you can stay fully in it. I plan the coverage and your reels before I arrive, so you get the shots that matter and not just a camera roll full of random moments you’ll never post.

London: I’m in London regularly, including during the school holidays, and London bookings on those dates come with free travel. Outside those dates, a London travel fee of £50 applies.

I confirm your date
I’ll check my availability and get back to you within 1–2 business days with everything confirmed, including any travel. Your date is held once your 50% deposit is paid.
I capture you doing your thing
I arrive, blend in and capture it all in photos and video. You get on with your day.
Your teaser arrives
Up to 5 photos and 1 short clip within 24 hours, ready to post.
Your photos, clips and reels follow
Your unedited photos and clips, plus your edited reels, arrive within 5 working days by download link, with one round of changes on your reels.

Book once for a single event, or come back every time you’re speaking, hosting or launching something. There’s no retainer and no monthly commitment, just coverage when you need it.

You’ve already done the hard part by building the business, getting the invite or putting the event together. This is just the bit that makes sure people actually see it, because a great talk nobody posted about is a missed opportunity.
FAQS
1. Do I need to provide you with anything? Just the details through the booking form, and anything you’d specifically like captured. If there’s a moment you don’t want missed, like your talk, a reveal or a group photo, let me know beforehand.
2. When do I pay? A 50% deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your booking. Once that’s paid, all you need to do is turn up and do your thing.
3. What if I need to cancel or change my date? Your deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to move your date, let me know as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to rebook you.
4. How much content will I get? With the Event Coverage, you get up to 50 photos, up to 15 video clips and 2, 3 or 4 edited reels, depending on the package you choose. With the Work Coverage, you get up to 25 photos, up to 8 video clips and 2 edited reels. I hand-pick the best photos and clips, so you’re not wading through near-identical shots. If you’d like more, you can add an extra 25 photos for £15 or an extra reel for £25.
5. Are the photos edited? No, your photos and video clips are sent unedited, straight from the camera. That keeps them natural and means you can add your own filter or style so they match the rest of your feed. Your reels are the edited part.
6. Will you photograph and film other people? Yes, so if it’s your event, it’s worth letting guests know there’ll be someone capturing content on the day. Anyone who’d rather not be in it, I’ll leave out.
7. What if it’s someone else’s event? No problem. If you’re speaking, on a panel or attending, just check with the organiser that it’s fine for you to bring someone to capture content, and I’ll keep the focus on you.
8. Is it all done on iPhone? Yes, photos and video, all in 4K. It’s exactly what Instagram is made for, and it gives your content that natural, in-the-moment feel rather than a stiff, posed one.
9. Is this the same as hiring a photographer? Not quite. A photographer focuses on polished, edited, professional images. I focus on content you can post: candid photos, behind-the-scenes clips and ready-made reels, delivered quickly and made for social media.
10. Do the reels come with music? That’s up to you. Without music, you’re free to add a trending sound inside Instagram when you post, which usually does better. With music, I’ll add a track that’s licensed for business use. Business accounts can’t use every song on Instagram, so I’ll stick to music that won’t get your reel muted.
11. Do you cover London? Yes. I’m in London regularly, including during the school holidays, and travel is free on those dates. Outside them, a London travel fee applies. Get in touch with your date and I’ll let you know which applies.
12. How long does it take for me to get my content? Your teaser arrives within 24 hours, and your photos, clips and reels within 5 working days.
13. Can you post the reels for me? Yes, posting is available at £10 per reel.
14. Can you use the content too? With your permission, I may share some of it as examples of my work. If you’d rather I didn’t, just say.
