Hi, I'm Tracey, founder of BTN Creations. I've always loved making things. Long before I knew what branding was, I was the kid turning ideas into things people could see and connect with, and that instinct grew into the foundation of what I do today.

I grew up in London and moved to Wolverhampton five years ago. Starting fresh in a new city meant building my network from the ground up, and it showed me first-hand how much a strong first impression matters when people don't know you yet.

Entrepreneurial by nature, I've launched ventures that worked and some that didn't, and learned more from the process than any course could teach me. I've learned that most businesses aren't overlooked because their offer isn't good, they're overlooked because that quality isn't coming through online. That's the gap I focus on closing.

I bring branding, web design, copy, content and strategy together so a business feels consistent everywhere clients find it, whether that's a website, Instagram, or an email in someone's inbox. Every touchpoint should feel like it belongs to the same brand, and that's what I build toward.

I work in a way that's honest, practical and collaborative. I'll tell you what's working, what isn't, and what I'd do if it were my own project, without unnecessary jargon or overcomplication. Just thoughtful strategy and design that reflects the quality of what you've built.

Outside of client work, I published an English-Lingala phrasebook and dictionary that went on to become a bestseller, a reminder that a good idea, given the right foundation, can grow into something far bigger than you first imagined.
